Prionka and Nick are incredible. The whole staff including house keeping and Mr. Clifford are amazing. They make you feel like family always. They have great customer service and excellent overall service. I feel like home when I'm there .

Top notch hotel but very short handed since COVID. One employee said they do many jobs now, not just one.

We were placed at this hotel as part of last minute flight accommodations. Our day at the airport was a nightmare and when we first arrived at Clarion Pointe we thought the hotel would be a nightmare too since they were out of rooms. Luckily however, the amazing person at the front desk Kelvin was more than accommodating. He was sure to find us a room to stay in and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable for the night.

We got allocated a room here by Delta during hurricane Milton. There were five passengers staying one of whom was disabled. The shuttle driver was very friendly and kind. When we got to the hotel there had been a miscommunication and there was no room for the wheelchair bound guest but the receptionist went above and beyond and made it happen. Two other guests were also not booked however I believe he cleared a room by hand and did not leave these young people stranded. The rooms are clean it’s quiet and has free breakfast. What more do you want.

Stayed here after flight was cancelled. The staff and room were super friendly and nice. My only complaint is with the 24 hours shuttle service. I scheduled a 530am pick up didn't get picked up till nearly 645.

Near to airport, peaceful, The check-in process was smooth and efficient, Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional. Lastly, the location was perfect, close to airport. would highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Prionka and the entire staff were the absolute best . They are very professional, polite , kind and amazingly. Her staff and cleaners are excellent too . The rooms are always clean and smells soooooo good . I would definitely recommend and highly recommend this location to everyone. This will be my forever best place . They are very genuine , friendly and welcoming.

It was a pleasure to be able to get a room here while getting ready for a flight later on in the day. Just wanted to be close to the Airport whereas I didn't have to go through traffic to get to the airport on time. The staff was amazing and I appreciate the service of the young lady at the check in desk. Her name is Trudy....The room was great and I appreciate everything that went into getting me situated on my stay. And I can say that the grounds as well as the inside was very clean. I was informed also that coffee was available if I wanted some. I assure you that I will be going back again. It's always a pleasure to stay here.
